jlbbb ("we," "us," "jlbbb," or "the Operator") operates jlbbb.vip, a PAGCOR-regulated online casino platform offering casino games, live dealer products, sports betting, bingo, and related services to players in the Philippines and other permitted jurisdictions. jlbbb is committed to protecting the personal information of every individual who interacts with the platform — whether as a registered account holder, a prospective player browsing the site, or a customer support contact.

• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of submission or account closure, whichever is later, in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR KYC record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA record-keeping obligations.

jlbbb does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21. Access to jlbbb and all of its gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. The age of 21 is the minimum legal age for online casino gaming in the Philippines — there are no exceptions.

jlbbb employs age verification controls at the point of registration, including the collection of date of birth and the subsequent requirement to submit government-issued identification for KYC verification. If jlbbb discovers or is informed that a person under 21 has registered an account, jlbbb will immediately suspend the account, void any associated balances, and take steps to delete the personal data collected — subject to any legal obligation to retain certain records for regulatory purposes.

The jlbbb platform integrates third-party game software, payment processing services, and may from time to time display references to external services. jlbbb is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party operator, game provider, or payment service whose products or services are accessible through the jlbbb platform.

When you interact with a third-party payment processor (such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) as part of a deposit or withdrawal, you will be subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms of service. jlbbb encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with your jlbbb account.

In order to deliver its gaming services, jlbbb may transfer certain categories of personal data to servers or processors located outside of the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or to game technology partners whose systems are hosted in other jurisdictions.
