jlbbb Terms & Conditions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "jlbbb" / "Operator" refers to the company operating jlbbb.vip, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the jlbbb.vip website, its sub-pages, mobile browser interface, and all services, games, and features accessible thereunder.
• "Player" / "Account Holder" means any individual who has successfully registered and maintains an active jlbbb account.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's jlbbb Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).
• "Games" means all casino games, slots, live dealer tables, sports markets, bingo rooms, crash games, and any other wagering products available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spin credits, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates jlbbb's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required before full withdrawal access is activated on a jlbbb Account.

By registering a jlbbb Account, by making a deposit, or by accessing any game or service available on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the jlbbb Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule or promotion rule, the specific rule shall govern only for the purpose of that specific game or promotion; in all other respects, these Terms shall govern.

To register and use jlbbb, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the period in which you hold a jlbbb Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum imposed by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. There are no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of online casino gaming services is lawfully permitted.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or any other non-natural legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by jlbbb, PAGCOR, or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You must not be registered as an employee, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of jlbbb or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously banned from jlbbb for any reason, unless the ban has been formally lifted in writing by jlbbb.

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one (1) jlbbb Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or in conjunction with another person — is strictly prohibited. jlbbb employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts and associated balances will be suspended pending investigation.

Your jlbbb Account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered Philippine mobile number, password, and any OTP codes generated in connection with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• jlbbb will never ask you for your password or OTP code via any communication channel. Any request for such information is fraudulent and should be reported to support immediately.
• You must notify jlbbb immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• jlbbb cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

All deposits made to a jlbbb Account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using another person's GCash, PayMaya, bank account, or any other payment instrument — are strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable Philippine laws.

• The minimum deposit at jlbbb is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jlbbb does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; any currency conversion is the Player's responsibility.
• jlbbb does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may charge its own fees. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the jlbbb Wallet. Players should verify all deposit amounts before confirming transactions.

Withdrawal requests from your jlbbb Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. See Section 4.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your current VIP tier and payment method limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, unless otherwise approved by jlbbb compliance review.
• jlbbb targets a processing time of under 3 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary between 5 minutes and 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• jlbbb reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending a security or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered mobile number.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 8.

From time to time, jlbbb may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, or other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

All games offered on the jlbbb Platform are governed by specific game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealing procedures, as applicable, and are independently audited.

• jlbbb is not responsible for errors caused by your internet connection, device malfunction, or power failure during a game session. Any bets placed before a disconnection will stand according to the game's outcome at the time of disconnection.
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error that results in an incorrect payout, jlbbb reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Players affected will be notified within 48 hours.
• The use of external software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to play games on jlbbb is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings from games using Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 8.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlbbb Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or other fraudulent wagering.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical errors on the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at jlbbb staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.
• Any other activity that jlbbb or PAGCOR reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

jlbbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or upon instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed for cause, any balance held in the Account — including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a material breach, Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified payment method used for deposits less any applicable processing fees; Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting jlbbb Customer Support. Voluntary Account closures will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days of Account closure confirmation.

jlbbb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. The following tools are available to all Account Holders directly from their account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the maximum amount you can deposit within the selected time period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly net loss thresholds; once reached, wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications sent at configurable intervals during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the jlbbb Platform, processed within 24 hours of request. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

All content available on the jlbbb Platform — including but not limited to the jlbbb brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of jlbbb or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jlbbb.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbbb's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that Player to their jlbbb Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses arising from: scheduled or unscheduled Platform downtime; network or internet connectivity failures beyond jlbbb's reasonable control; unauthorized Account access resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials; or any decision to rely on information published on the Platform without independent verification.

jlbbb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how jlbbb collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data are set out in the jlbbb Privacy Policy, accessible at jlbbb.vip/privacy-policy.

By registering a jlbbb Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

jlbbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments materially affect Players' rights or obligations, jlbbb will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by SMS notification to registered mobile numbers.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jlbbb.vip/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version became operative. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
